What You’ll Use

At Tricolors, we use the latest design tools and technology to create cutting-edge digital experiences. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll work primarily with tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite to design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces. You’ll also collaborate closely with our development team, so familiarity with front-end technologies and principles like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be beneficial.

Your Role

In this role, you’ll lead the UX/UI design for web and mobile projects, ensuring that every product we create meets the highest standards of usability and design. You’ll work closely with the creative and development teams to translate user needs and business goals into beautiful, functional digital interfaces.

Your day-to-day will involve designing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, as well as conducting user research to inform and refine your designs. You’ll take ownership of the entire design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring that all projects meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

As part of the Creative & Design team, you’ll collaborate with a diverse group of designers, developers, and strategists. From e-commerce platforms to immersive brand websites, our projects span industries, offering you the chance to work on a variety of exciting and innovative challenges. As a senior member of the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our design approach and mentoring junior designers, while driving innovation across all our projects. You’ll also work directly with clients to bring their vision to life in every design.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and design systems.
• Experience working closely with development teams and knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to clients and internal teams.
• A passion for creating beautiful, intuitive user experiences and staying up to date with the latest design trends.
